Supasheaves

Ansell Jones has developed a range of supasheaves that can be used in a variety of applications including our marine and industrial pulley blocks.

Supasheaves are manufactured in a cold forming process which work hardens the groove profile. This both lowers the cost and allows a low weight, high strength combination.

Supasheaves can be formed between 127mm and 700mm in diameter. If necessary they can be supplied with 3.1 certification.

The tables indicate a variety of standard sizes with either taper roller bearings or phosphor bronze bushes. However most sheaves are manufactured to your exact requirements on request.
